InfoAnywhere Saves Paperwork
The InfoAnywhere system will allow for an overall reduction in the amount of paperwork that must be completed.  It does this by streamlining the process, and not requiring the entry of duplicate information.   Much of the data within the system is entered by selecting from "lists" rather than typing in descriptions.

Thanks to the openness of the InfoAnywhere program, all information about any client is accessible by all authorized users within the organization at any time. InfoAnywhere provides a very quick way of retrieving any required piece of information about any client in the system. A search field located on every page within the system can quickly show all the information known about a client on one screen just by entering the clients last name.  Additionally, all information is in one place, no more looking through multiple filing cabinets, or through scraps of paper, or worrying that the required information may have been left at home.
 
No Special Hardware Or Software Required
InfoAnywhere is not a program you install on your computer. It requires no expensive servers, and the upkeep to go along with it. InfoAnywhere is on the web, hosted on our "secure-cloud" network, therefore, it can be securely accessed from phone, tablet, desktop, laptop, PC, MAC or any other device with a web browser.

Due to the fact that InfoAnywhere is a web-based system, stored in our "secure-cloud" infrastructure, it can be safely accessed by any authorized user at any time, from any computer, tablet or mobile phone, anywhere in the world.  This makes it very convenient to work from the office during the day, and home in the evenings without worrying about transporting paperwork.  This is also useful for those unexpected days where weather, illness or family responsibilities prevent staff from making it into the office.

Your valuable and confidential information is stored on a physically and electronically secure server, and is backed up daily.  This means that you do not have to worry about viruses erasing your information, physically losing or mis-filing paperwork or about the information getting into the wrong hands.
 
InfoAnywhere Makes Communication More Efficient
InfoAnywhere automates a lot of communication between employees.  Email notifications are generated automatically throughout the use of the system. These notifications are used to notify other coordinators of any important changes or notes regarding any of the clients for which they are responsible.
For example: Mrs. Jones has just phoned into the office to talk to Mary, her husband's volunteer coordinator.  She bears the bad news that Mr. Jones has died.  Mary is not in the office to speak to Mrs. Jones, so the administrative assistant who answered the phone marks the client as deceased in the InfoAnywhere system.  Mary is automatically emailed by the system letting her know that Mr. Jones has died.  The admin assistant does not have to talk to Mary at all about this call. Of course, the assistant could also write a note with any other information she may want the coordinator to know, which would be automatically emailed to the coordinator as well. .
 
InfoAnywhere Supports Better Decisions
The advanced reporting capabilities of the system allow for better decisions to be made, as up-to-date information can be referred to at any time.
For example: By looking at the reports, an executive director notices that one of her coordinators is significantly overloaded with cases.  She can then find less-busy coordinators and reassign cases to them..
 
InfoAnywhere Reduces Accounting Efforts
InfoAnywhere saves time managing donations by keeping track of each donation, generates reports and automatically issues receipts, complete with cover-letter which can be printed.  InfoAnywhere can also manage hours for paid client work, and mileage for volunteers who are reimbursed for using their personal vehicles for Hospice work.
 
InfoAnywhere Standardizes Record-Keeping
The same information is gathered and recorded for all clients, in the same way, is stored in the same place and is retrieved using the same methods.  This creates a workflow standard which not only leads to easy recollection of the information, but inherently creates a process flow that increases quality of service and staff efficiency.

Caseload review becomes quicker and easier due to the fact that cases with outstanding criteria can be easily found using the reporting tools in advance of the review.  This enables the review time to be spent discussing actual issues with cases as opposed to determining which cases have issues requiring attention.
For Example: Instead of the executive director meeting with the staff, reviewing all cases to see which need attention then addressing the issues, everyone can know up front that, for example, that 19 days has passed and Mrs. Smith still does not have a volunteer assigned to her..

By recording client information in a consistent manner, which meet all the criteria as outlined by the Hospice Association of Ontario's Accreditation guidelines, simply by using the system, your organization is already most of the way to being accredited.
